Microblading Policies

DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required in order to book and confirm every appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.

RESCHEDULING
We require a 72-hour notice on appointment attendance. All reschedules, regardless of reason, are subject to the 72-hour notice. Any rescheduled appointment is subject to the availability of the artist’s schedule, therefore if no open appointments are available, you simply must book again during another booking day and pay a new deposit. If your artist has an appointment available in the current booking cycle, you may be moved without losing your deposit if you have given proper notice. In the event that you must reschedule, please contact us. Please Note: An appointment may only be moved twice.

CANCELLATIONS
If you choose to cancel your appointment you will automatically forfeit your deposit.

TARDINESS
Being more than 20 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to re-book any appointment.

LOCATIONS
All appointments and deposits are non-transferable. If you choose to switch your appointment to a different artist or location, you must cancel your original appointment and attempt to re-book.

TOUCH UP TIME FRAME
Rescheduled touch-ups cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to the availability of the artist’s schedule. If a rescheduled touch up does not return within the allotted time frame (8-12 weeks), you will be required to pay for this service ($150).

CANDIDACY
All clients are responsible for checking candidacy prior to any appointment. If you arrive at an appointment and cannot receive treatment due to any listed contraindications, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

EXPECTATIONS
Cosmetic tattooing does not fully replace wearing makeup. Healed results will vary with each client and using makeup may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results.

EXISTING PERMANENT MAKEUP
If you have previous permanent makeup and are interested in a cover-up/correction, you must email clear photos prior to booking your appointment. We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must confirm your case is workable. In some scenarios where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged accordingly. If you come to your appointment with previously tattooed eyebrows without informing us, your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit the deposit.

PRICE INCREASES
Pricing is subject to change at any time.

GUEST POLICY
Only the artist and the client being tattooed are allowed in the treatment room. All guests must wait in the waiting area. We kindly request that you do not bring children who require your attention, more than one companion, or pets.

CORRECTIONS
Prices for corrections are prorated depending on how much work needs to be done and do not include free follow-up touch-ups, if you will require multiple sessions, each session will be priced accordingly.

If for any reason you decide to go elsewhere for your touch up, please note that The Perfect Image Salon will no longer do future appointments on you.
