BOOKING POLICY
A Credit or Debit Card on file is required to reserve all appointments. A 50% Late Cancellation Fee will be charged to the card on file for any appointments that are no-showed, or rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
RESCHEDULING
We require 48 hours notice on appointment attendance. All reschedules, regardless of reason, are subject to the 48 hour notice Late Cancellation Fee. Any rescheduled appointment is subject to the availability of the artist’s schedule. In the event that you must reschedule, please contact the salon. Please note: an appointment may only be moved twice.
CANCELLATIONS

TARDINESS
Being more than 20 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your appointment time and be subject to the Late Cancellation Fee. A new appointment will need to be scheduled per the artist’s availability.
TOUCH UP TIME FRAME
Rescheduled Perfecting Sessions cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to the availability of the artist’s schedule. If a rescheduled Perfecting Session does not return within the allotted time frame (8-12 weeks), you will be required to pay for this service ($150).
CANDIDACY
All clients are responsible for checking candidacy prior to any appointment. If you arrive at an appointment and cannot receive treatment due to any listed contraindications, your appointment will be cancelled and subject to the Late Cancellation Fee.
PRE-EXISTING PERMANENT MAKEUP
If you have previous permanent makeup from an artist outside of Perfect Image and are interested in a cover-up/ correction or Color Boost, you must email clear photos prior to booking your appointment or come in for a complimentary consultation. We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must confirm your case is workable. In some scenarios where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/ rework. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged accordingly. If you come to your appointment with previous work without informing us, your appointment will be cancelled and subject to the Late Cancellation Fee.
CORRECTIONS
Prices for corrections are prorated depending on how much work needs to be done and do not include free follow-up touch-ups. If you will require multiple sessions, each session will be priced accordingly.
If for any reason you decide to go elsewhere for your maintenance (“Color Boost”) appointments, any future appointments at Perfect Image Salon will be subject to Pre-existing Permanent Makeup policies.
EXPECTATIONS
Cosmetic tattooing does not fully replace wearing makeup. Healed results will vary with each client and using makeup may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results.
PRICE INCREASES
Pricing is subject to change at any time.
GUEST POLICY
Only the artist and the client being tattooed are allowed in the treatment room. All guests must wait in the waiting area. We kindly request that you do not bring children who require your attention, more than one companion, or pets.
