Am I a Candidate

If you have previous permanent makeup from another salon / artist:

You must schedule a consultation before booking a permanent makeup service. We must ensure the previous pigment is faded sufficiently to be able to be worked over / covered.

Unfortunately, you are NOT a candidate if any of the below apply to you.

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • History of keloids or hypertrophic scarring
  • Undergoing chemotherapy
  • Viral infections, cold / flu, eye infections
  • Epilepsy
  • Accutane use within the last 12 months
  • Regular use of anti-aging/ anti-acne products
  • Pacemaker or heart problems
  • Organ transplants (suppressed immune system)
  • Skin irritations or psoriasis near the procedure area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
  • Active cold sores
  • Hemophilia
  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure/ poor general health
  • Immune suppressing medications
  • Surgery within 30 days of treatment
  • Tan or sunburn
  • Using topical steroids on the procedure area
  • Very thin / mature skin in the procedure area
  • Eyeliner only: hooded eyelids (may get lash enhancement but not eyeliner)
  • Eyeliner only: substantial amount of visible capillaries / veins on eyelid or lash line
  • Eyeliner only: currently have lash extensions
  • Eyeliner only: use of lash serum within the past 30 days

You will require a doctor’s note if:

  • You are recently in remission of cancer
  • You have any history of melanoma
  • You suffer from an autoimmune disease (understanding your results cannot be guaranteed)

If any of the below apply and you still wish to proceed, you will be required to sign an addendum to your waiver agreeing you understand these situations are contraindications to permanent makeup and your results may appear blurry under the skin, change in color, fade prematurely, or not retain at all:

  • Diabetic
  • Thyroid issues
  • Oily to extremely oily skin or large pores
  • Exercise more than 4+ days a week
  • Trichotillomania
  • Regular use of retinol products
  • Regularly tan
